Imtiaz – Interactive Real-Time 3D Virtual Tour

I’m excited to share Imitiaz project, our latest project at Sereina, an immersive real-time virtual tour developed with Unreal Engine 5.

As Art Director, I defined the artistic vision, oversaw the creative direction, and ensured visual coherence across the entire experience. I also guided the team on lighting, composition, and optimization to achieve both high realism and smooth performance on all platforms.

This interactive tour allows users to explore the property seamlessly across PC, mobile, tablet, Windows, and iOS, featuring:

Free navigation in a fully optimized real-time 3D environment.
Dynamic minimap for intuitive orientation.
Integrated camera tools to capture high-quality renders directly in-app.
Customizable content integration (logos, brochures, images, descriptions).

AI-driven conversational real estate agent, supporting both text and voice, providing instant information about the property and its surroundings.
